By using this Portal, You agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If You do not agree, You are advised not to transact on this Portal.

2. Definitions

• Business Days – A day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or bank holiday in India or in the state where our office is located.
• Customer – A person who avails services for consideration and does not include commercial purchases.
• Date of Transaction – The date of invoice of the service, which includes the date of renewal processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable service agreement.

3. Refund Rules

a. All purchases of quizzes, test series, and scholarship tests are final and non-refundable once accessed or enrolled.

b. If due to unforeseen technical issues from our side, the service is not provided, such order may be cancelled, and the amount paid will be refunded.

c. Refund requests must include valid documents and proof. Once verified, refunds will be applied to the original payment option.

d. In case of quiz cancellations initiated by us, the candidate will receive an automatic refund within 3 Business Days.

e. Apart from these conditions, Rankathon follows a strict no-refund policy.

4. Order Not Confirmed but Amount Deducted

a. If the amount has been deducted but your order is not confirmed, please contact your respective bank. It usually takes 7 Business Days to reverse the amount.

b. If unresolved within 7 Business Days, you may contact our support at support@brainbucks.in.

5. Exemptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Appearing quiz fees
• Paid-up quiz fees once accessed
• Paid-up scholarship/talentfest examination fees

6. Response Time

Refunds, if applicable, are normally processed within 3 Business Days after verification. Actual timelines may vary depending on banking and payment channels.

7. Refusal of Refund Requests

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with this Policy or applicable laws.
